Create a new .txt file on your desktop. name it what ever you want. open it, and add these lines:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

then add another line and type in the name of your file and directory. for example, my directory is: "C:\Users\RJ\Desktop\IP.txt". after that, add a new line that says: "exit".

close the file and rename "*.txt" to "*.bat". right click on the file and click "Edit" to open the file again, and replace the name of the file in the 4th line to the one you just created. ex."C:\Users\RJ\Desktop\IP.txt" to "C:\Users\RJ\Desktop\IP.bat". close the file, and run it, it will keep changing your IP adress, and no one will be able to spy on you...

PS: run it every time you turn your computer on, or pin it to your msconfig->startup section.

Caution: may lead to less ram space, so not recommended for slow computers!!!
